DO MORE WITH LESS TERMS OF PURCHASE Effective Date: September 23, 2026 Last Updated: September 23, 2026
These Terms of Purchase ("Purchase Terms") govern purchases from DO MORE WITH LESS, an Illinois limited liability company ("DMWL," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a course, subscription, digital product, add-on, or other paid Service, you agree to these Purchase Terms and our Terms of Service.
- Products and Offers DMWL may offer:
the DO MORE WITH LESS Masterclass; AI subscriptions; premium modules; additional project breakdowns; sound-effect packs; footage or project assets; memberships; digital downloads; community access; add-ons; bundles; and other digital products or services.
The specific items included in your purchase are those identified on the applicable checkout or order-confirmation page. 2. Core Masterclass Purchase Unless a different offer is expressly displayed at checkout, the core DO MORE WITH LESS Masterclass is offered as a $300 one-time purchase.
The core Masterclass may include:
core course modules; example projects; bonus examples; course documents; educational templates; approved downloadable assets; community access; an introductory AI trial; and other materials described in the applicable offer.
Product inclusions may evolve over time. 3. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes Prices are displayed before you complete a purchase.
Unless stated otherwise:
prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars; applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be added or collected as required by law; currency-conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility; and promotional pricing applies only under the stated conditions. 4. Payment Authorization By submitting an order, you authorize DMWL and its payment-service providers to charge the payment method you provide for:
the amount displayed at checkout; applicable taxes; and future recurring charges that you separately authorize through an automatic-renewal or subscription offer.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors or digital-wallet providers.
DMWL generally does not require direct access to your full payment-card number when payment data is securely processed by a third-party provider. 5. Order Confirmation and Access After successful payment, you will generally receive electronic confirmation and access instructions.
Access may be delayed where reasonably necessary for:
fraud screening; payment verification; account verification; sanctions or compliance screening; technical issues; or suspected unauthorized transactions. 6. "Lifetime Access" to the Core Masterclass Where DMWL advertises or sells the core Masterclass with "lifetime access," that phrase has the following contractual meaning:
"Lifetime access" means access to the purchased core Masterclass for as long as DMWL continues to operate and commercially offer or support the core DO MORE WITH LESS Masterclass.
"Lifetime" does not mean:
the lifetime of the purchaser; the perpetual existence of DMWL; guaranteed operation of a particular website, application, platform, host, or technology provider; guaranteed access to every future DMWL product; guaranteed access to future premium modules; permanent access to separately priced add-ons; permanent access to AI Services; permanent access to future subscriptions; permanent access to third-party services; or a guarantee that every existing lesson or feature will remain unchanged forever.
DMWL may migrate the course to another platform, reorganize the curriculum, replace technology, update lessons, substitute substantially equivalent functionality, or retire obsolete features while continuing to provide the core purchased educational product.
Lifetime access may be suspended or terminated for material violations of the Terms of Service, including piracy, credential sharing, fraud, or unauthorized redistribution.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights. 7. AI Trial Included With Course Purchase Where included in the applicable offer, purchasing the core Masterclass activates a 90-day trial of the DMWL AI Service.
The 90-day period begins on the date of course purchase, not the date of first AI use.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the AI trial will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription at the price and billing cadence clearly disclosed to you when you enroll.
The specific:
post-trial price; tax amount, if applicable; billing frequency; trial expiration date; cancellation method; and available plan options
will be disclosed as part of the applicable subscription enrollment process. 8. Automatic Renewal Authorization IF YOU ENROLL IN AN AI TRIAL OR OTHER SUBSCRIPTION THAT AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTS OR RENEWS, YOU AUTHORIZE DMWL TO CHARGE YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD AT THE END OF THE TRIAL OR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD AND THEREAFTER AT THE APPLICABLE RECURRING INTERVAL UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
DMWL may offer:
monthly plans; quarterly plans; annual plans; or other recurring billing intervals.
Longer-term plans may be offered at discounted effective rates.
You must affirmatively agree to the applicable recurring billing terms before DMWL initiates recurring charges.
Where required by law, we will provide trial-expiration, renewal, or pricing notices before a charge. 9. Subscription Cancellation You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the cancellation method made available in your account or subscription-management interface, or through another reasonable method we provide.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not immediately terminate access already paid for. You may continue using the applicable subscription through the end of the then-current paid billing period.
Failure to use a subscription does not itself cancel it. 10. Changes to Subscription Pricing We may change subscription pricing prospectively.
A price change will not retroactively alter amounts already paid.
For an existing recurring subscription, we will provide advance notice where required by law before a new price applies to a subsequent renewal.
If required by applicable law, additional consent will be obtained. 11. Conditional 7-Day Refund Policy Subject to mandatory consumer rights, DMWL offers the following contractual refund policy. 11.1 Core Masterclass You may request a refund within 7 calendar days after purchase only if all of the following are true:
your refund request is received within the 7-day period; you have consumed less than 20% of the core course; and you have not downloaded any exclusive course assets.
For purposes of this policy, course consumption may be determined from DMWL's good-faith review of platform records, including lesson access, video watch progress, completion records, module activity, and similar learning activity. 11.2 Exclusive Course Assets A refund is not available after you download a premium or exclusive digital asset designated as non-refundable upon download, including, where applicable:
the DMWL SFX Pack; downloadable NYC project footage; example project files; source or working files; downloadable premium footage; premium asset libraries; or another file expressly identified as an exclusive course asset.
Merely viewing ordinary web pages or streaming course lessons does not constitute downloading an exclusive course asset. 11.3 Discounted Purchases Purchases made with:
promo codes; affiliate discounts; referral discounts; launch pricing; promotional pricing; or sale pricing
are subject to the same refund requirements unless a greater mandatory right applies. 11.4 AI Subscriptions AI subscriptions are subject to the same 7-day conditional-refund principle, adapted to the nature of the subscription.
A request for refund of an initial AI subscription charge or renewal charge must be made within 7 calendar days after the applicable charge.
Where the AI plan includes a defined usage allowance, DMWL may deny the refund after 20% or more of that billing period's allowance has been consumed.
Where the plan does not contain a fixed usage allowance, DMWL may deny a refund after material use of the AI Service following the applicable charge.
Downloading associated exclusive digital assets also makes the corresponding purchase ineligible for the contractual refund where disclosed at purchase. 11.5 How to Request a Refund Email:
team@dmwlmasterclass.com
Include:
purchaser name; account email; date of purchase; product purchased; and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Financial institutions and payment processors control final settlement timing. 12. Mandatory Consumer Rights The contractual refund policy above does not eliminate a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.
If applicable law grants you stronger rights, those rights control. 13. Immediate Digital Performance and Withdrawal Rights Certain jurisdictions provide statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights for online digital purchases.
Where applicable, DMWL may ask you to:
expressly request or consent to immediate access or performance before the statutory withdrawal period expires; and acknowledge any legally prescribed consequence that immediate delivery, streaming, or downloading may have on your statutory withdrawal right.
Any required consent will be obtained in the manner required by applicable law.
These Purchase Terms do not independently waive a statutory right that requires separate affirmative consent. 14. Downloadable Asset License Unless an individual asset states different terms, paid access to DMWL downloadable course assets grants the purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license as follows. 14.1 Course PDFs and Templates Permitted:
personal learning; personal exercises; non-commercial practice; using the concepts or template structure to prepare personal practice work; and displaying your own resulting non-commercial work in a personal portfolio.
Not permitted:
paid client work using the DMWL file itself as a commercial deliverable; resale; redistribution; uploading the original or substantially reproduced file for others; sublicensing; inclusion in another course, template library, membership, or paid product; or offering the asset as your own. 14.2 SFX Pack Permitted:
personal learning; practice edits; non-commercial creative projects; and synchronization into your own non-commercial portfolio work.
Not permitted:
client work; commissioned projects; commercial advertisements; paid brand work; resale; redistribution; standalone hosting; sublicensing; stock-library inclusion; or repackaging as an audio or asset product. 14.3 NYC Footage Permitted:
editing practice; personal educational projects; non-commercial creative experimentation; and use within a non-commercial portfolio demonstrating your own editing work.
Not permitted:
client work; advertisements; commercial licensing; resale; redistribution of raw footage; stock-footage distribution; monetized asset products; transfer to third parties; or representation that you captured or own the underlying raw footage. 14.4 Example and Project Files Permitted:
personal study; editing practice; software experimentation; non-commercial exercises; and display of your own resulting practice work within a non-commercial portfolio.
Not permitted:
distribution of original project files; sale or licensing; paid client use; commercial production; repackaging; template resale; educational redistribution; or provision to another person who does not hold an applicable DMWL license. 15. Meaning of Commercial Use "Commercial Use" includes use primarily intended to generate compensation or commercial value, including:
paid client work; commissioned work; work-for-hire; advertising; sponsored content; brand deliverables; assets incorporated into products for sale; licensing; resale; subscription content; paid educational products; or other compensated commercial exploitation.
Displaying your own non-commercial practice work on a personal website, reel, or social-media portfolio does not by itself constitute prohibited Commercial Use solely because the platform or website may also be used professionally.
You may not distribute DMWL's underlying raw assets as part of that portfolio. 16. Asset-Specific Restrictions Certain assets may contain third-party intellectual property, music, trademarks, individuals, locations, or other rights subject to separate restrictions.
If an asset includes additional usage instructions, those asset-specific restrictions control where they are more restrictive. 17. No Transfer of Ownership Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or ownership of DMWL intellectual property.
You are purchasing access and defined license rights, not ownership of the underlying course or assets. 18. Promotions and Promo Codes Promo codes:
must be used as instructed; may have expiration dates; may be limited to certain products; may have usage limits; generally cannot be combined unless stated otherwise; have no cash value; and may be cancelled if obtained or used through fraud or manipulation. 19. Referral and Affiliate Discounts Referral or affiliate purchases remain subject to these Purchase Terms.
A refund, chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent transaction may result in reversal of any related commission or referral benefit. 20. Failed Payments If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider may:
retry the payment; request updated billing information; restrict the affected paid feature; suspend subscription access; or cancel the subscription.
We will not intentionally continue charging after an effective cancellation except to collect a valid amount already due, where permitted by law. 21. Chargebacks You retain all lawful rights to dispute unauthorized or improper charges with your payment provider.
If you initiate a chargeback relating to a valid purchase, DMWL may temporarily suspend associated access while the dispute is investigated.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of access. 22. Course Updates and Curriculum Changes DMWL may update the course over time.
This may include:
adding lessons; replacing lessons; correcting information; reorganizing modules; updating software references; replacing examples; modifying downloads; updating course interfaces; or retiring obsolete material.
A purchase does not guarantee that the curriculum will remain frozen in the exact form available on the purchase date. 23. Future Products and Add-Ons Core course lifetime access does not automatically include:
future premium courses; premium project breakdowns; paid add-on modules; future SFX packs; separately priced downloads; paid software; paid AI subscriptions; future memberships; or other products expressly identified as separate purchases. 24. Educational and Earnings Disclaimer Purchasing DMWL does not guarantee professional, creative, financial, or business results.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside DMWL's control, including experience, effort, market conditions, skill, execution, equipment, business development, client demand, and other circumstances. 25. Relationship to Terms of Service The Terms of Service, including its limitation of liability, dispute-resolution, arbitration, governing-law, and intellectual-property provisions, are incorporated into these Purchase Terms.
If there is a direct conflict specifically concerning a purchase, these Purchase Terms control for that purchase. 26. Contact DO MORE WITH LESS 401 N MICHIGAN AVE CHICAGO, IL 60611 United States
